Office and Admin Manager

Role Overview:
- Daily Administrative Tasks: Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Manage all facilities and services of the office, liaising with providers/suppliers.
- Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for team members.
- Partner with the HR team on team-building activities and annual events.
- Manage procurement and inventory for the office supplies.
- Partner with the HR team on employee onboarding and departure, ensuring a great employee experience in the workplace.
- Monitor and manage budgets for General and Administrative (G&A) expenses.

- Proven track record in administration or office management, ideally in a startup or professional services setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Resourceful problem-solver with creative thinking skills.
- Clear and effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office productivity software and familiarity with basic financial documents.
