Regional CRM (Salesforce.com) Lead

Responsibilities
  1. Functional / Technical Analysis and implementation execution for CRM solutions.
  2. Analyze requirements, design, build and test system components or amendments.
  3. Identify and mitigate technical risks across the architecture.
  4. Communicate with stakeholders and users while ensuring clear communications in terms of both functional and technical development plans.
  5. Prepare for and support User acceptance test.
  6. Assist project and line managers in producing estimates for the development phase of projects and enhancement.
  7. Design and develop Salesforce systems, including integration to other back-end systems.
  8. Develop test scenarios, perform component testing and participate in the review of regression, systems, and stress testing and code promotion.
  9. Provide support for system integration test, user acceptance test and production support.
Requirements
  1. Multiple full life cycle Salesforce implementations.
  2. Solid understanding of Apex Best Practices for Custom Development.
  3. Experience with 2 of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com.
  4. 1+ years Apex and Visualforce coding experience.
  5. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and perform sound technical work.
  6. Prior experience in working in consultancy or system integrator.
  7. Relevant Salesforce Certification (e.g. Platform Developer I, II).
  8. University graduate in Information System, Business Administration or related discipline.
  9. At least 8 years working experience, with at least 3 years in CRM implementation/development experiences, ideally with platform Salesforce.com.
  10. Large scale project implementation experiences.
  11. Proven experience in partnership and vendor management.
  12. Experience in Enterprise/Solution architect duties is preferred.
  13. Good communications in English; candidates with Chinese language skills are preferred.
