We're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our Go-To-Market team. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, Sales you'll be:

  1. You will lead and execute a regional sales strategy and will establish a structured sales methodology and process for the Greater China Region, including designing the Go-To-Market together with the ecosystems team.
  2. You will recruit, hire, and manage a team of Account Executives in the region to lead rapid new business growth and ensure quarterly sales quota achievement and overachieve sales goals with a key account strategy mapped out.
  3. Engage and develop trusted relationships with customer C-suite executives on how Zscaler can help with their security transformation journey and deliver customer success.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  1. Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
  2. 7+ years of Enterprise Sales Leadership experience in software/SaaS.
  3. Experience leading the sales team in structuring and closing large and complex deals in the Hong Kong and Taiwan market.
  4. Sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation.

  1. Understand and communicate the business value and/or Return on Investment of installed and proposed products and solutions.
