Job Highlight
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Building and Construction Materials, specifically within the antimicrobial and antiviral air purifying coatings sector.
- Immediate availability is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Engage in business development and implement B2B sales strategies to enhance sales performance and meet revenue objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction and related industries.
- Develop business plans, present proposals, negotiate terms, and conditions with business partners.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve delivery concerns, and oversee payment processes.
- Negotiate contracts and manage sales agreements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the building materials sector, with a focus on antimicrobial and antiviral air purifying coatings preferred.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and relevant regulations.
- Exposure in Property management, marketing agencies, premium gifts, or event management is a plus.
- Proficient in interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Possess a strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, result-driven approach.
- Candidates with limited experience will be considered for the Sales Representative role.
We provide a 5-day work week and an appealing compensation package for successful candidates. The starting salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
