They currently have thousands of staff and are looking to hire a Operations Manager for their new staff canteen. about the team.You are expected to have experience in setting up canteen/restaurant SOP as well as floor operations management. You will be reporting to the General Manager and work closely with the kitchen team. You will work 5 days a week with a bit of travel to China.

Manage the day to day operations of staff canteen, including coordinating meal preparations, service, manpower allocation and front of house set upManage canteen's inventory, ordering supplies and controlling costs to maintain operational efficiencyLiaise with corporate management team to understand employee needs and preferences, make adjustment to the menu and service accordinglyHandle customer feedback and complaints, implement measures to continuously improve servicesPrepare monthly operational and financial reports for senior managementIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency skills & experiences required.8+ years of experience in food service operations management, preferably in a large scale corporate settingStrong leadership, people management and communication skillsExcellent organizational and problem solving abilitiesThorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practicesProficient in financial management and data analysisExperienced in staff canteen management and/or large scale premium fast-food restaurants is requiredNative in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin required
