Assist IT Director and participate in both IT service/operation and delivering IT infrastructure projects in the Hong Kong officeGather requirements from senior business stakeholders to define and manage strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans for the projectsSupport regional IT directions and implement local IT policiesReview and manage manpower, budget, and timeline based on project prioritiesAssign tasks, mentor, and motivate local teams, offshore teams, or 3rd party vendors to ensure on-time delivery with a positive outcome skills & experiences required. Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or a relevant disciplineMinimum 8+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and operation; prior experience in team management or vendor management would be advantageousMinimum 3 years of experience working in MNC and collaborating with overseas teamsStrong expertise in IT infrastructure, including but not limited to system administration, networks (WAN/LAN), servers, data centers, security, virtualization, etc.Experience in budgeting, change management and project managementProficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must; Mandarin speaking is a plusGood communication skills and business mindset, with the ability to manage relationships with business stakeholdersHolding PMP/ITIL/CCNA certification is a plus If you're interested in this exciting opportunity please don't delay and click APPLY NOW; or for more information, you can reach out to Kelvin Chu at
