Job Summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our service organization in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving service excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive service strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop service offerings.
  • Service Operations
    • Lead the service team to deliver high-quality service experiences to customers.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve service efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and execute customer experience strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
    • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Technical Service
    • Develop and execute technical service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Lead the technical service team to deliver high-quality technical service experiences to customers.
  • People Management
    • Lead and develop a high-performing service team.
    • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement talent management strategies.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive service revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to identify business opportunities and develop service offerings.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or above in a health-related or engineering discipline.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 15 years of technical service experience in the medical device industry.
    • More than 10 years of experience in a world-class multinational company in the medical device or related field.
    • More than 8 years of team management experience.
  • Skills
    • Proven knowledge of technical management and expertise across different business units.
    • Strong people management and development skills to successfully recruit and build the regional technical service team.
    • Ability to understand and solve technical and management problems effectively and efficiently.
    • Strong market knowledge, customer experience, and demonstrated relationships with business teams.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with different organizational levels.
    • Demonstrated strategic thinking, pro-activeness, and a sense of urgency to drive business results and customer satisfaction.
