Quality Assurance Manager

Saison Food Service Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Safety and Quality Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain effective food safety and quality systems, including ISO and HACCP certification.
- Risk Assessment and Compliance: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential health hazards, ensuring regulatory compliance for existing and new products.
- Production Process Monitoring: Lead the monitoring of production processes to ensure food safety and quality, including temperature and time control.
- Testing and Inspections: Arrange for regular testing of products to ensure consistency and compliance, and conduct inspections of raw materials upon receipt.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve food safety concerns during processing, implementing corrective actions and validating their effectiveness.
- Customer Complaints: Manage investigations into customer complaints related to food safety and quality.
- Product Quality Improvement: Maintain and improve product quality through surveillance audits and customer complaint investigations.
- Cold Chain Management: Conduct surveillance checks on temperature control for transportation to ensure the correct temperature from factory to customer.
- Education and Experience: Degree in food sciences or related disciplines, with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in supplier management, auditing, and quality management in the food industry.
- Certifications and Knowledge: Practical knowledge and working experience in ISO22000 and HACCP certification systems, familiarity with food regulations in Hong Kong and Macau.
- Skills and Abilities: Organized, good team player, strong interpersonal communication skills, and able to work under pressure.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS office applications.
