Responsibilities:

Take ownership of daily P&L, daily risk and month-end close process for the Digital Asset Trading DeskEnsure the accuracy and integrity of revenue reporting, and provide detailed analyses and commentary to senior managementDevelop a deep understanding of the drivers of product profitability, and provide comprehensive analyses of the financial performance of the deskManage the balance sheet with a focus on the Cost of FundingCollaborate closely with the Digital Asset Traders, Digital Asset Operations Team, and Digital Asset Accounting Team to ensure reporting accuracy and alignmentLead the monthly ledger close process, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and detailed commentaryConduct monthly business review meetings with the trading desk to sign off on the P&LProactively identify and address control-related issues, and oversee the associated remediation plansRequirements:5+ years of experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or a related roleProficient in managing the P&L and month-end close processBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related fieldStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a robust control focusExcellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
Preferred Qualification, Capabilities, and Skills:Familiarity with web3 technologies, blockchain-based financial products, centralized and decentralized exchanges is highly advantageous.
