Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) is a global hotel company with properties located in major cities and four continents under The Langham Hotels and Resorts , Cordis Hotels and Resorts and Ying'nFlo brands . It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a leading property development company in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities: Conducting research using internal and external sources to ascertain suitable angles and positions. Engaging with internal colleagues – both at corporate headquarters and at hotels – to source information and clarify facts and figures. Creating and editing content deliverables with a focus on written material, including but not limited to press releases, speeches, PowerPoint presentations, award entries, internal memos, video scripts, blog posts and social media posts. Sourcing, briefing enlisting and collaborating with content development vendors. Creating a group content hub that houses evergreen material that can be repurposed for different marketing needs. Creating regional content hubs with the support of in-market teams and agencies and ensure content is up-to-date and on brand. Taking part in content planning meetings and brainstorming exercises. Managing and maintaining a content calendar, including updates and implementation. Monitoring content performance using metrics and providing performance reports. Advising internal teams on their content-related engagements. Engaging with LHG’s Finance team on budgetary matters processing invoices from content vendors as needed.
Requirement . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in English language/literature, communications, marketing, or other relevant discipline. Minimum of five years in roles focused on English writing, preferably comprising a mix of media and marketing positions. Background in writing for a consumer-facing brand, preferably in an in-house or agency capacity. Vendor management expertise covering a variety of content mediums (text, graphics, video). Content marketing and marketing analytics certifications are highly preferred. Preference for candidates with SEO and sustainability communications experience. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Aptitude in assessing and prioritising incoming assignments and managing competing deadlines. Working familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, DALL-E3, etc.) Demonstrable English writing and copyediting skills. Excellent communication skills in spoken English. Effective written and spoken Chinese skills are a definite plus.
