We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Oversight & Client Servicing, Transfer Agency, Fund Admin Operations - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Cash and Trade Proc Sr Analyst– C12) based in Hong Kong. Investor on-boarding, AML/KYC documentation & administration, and data maintenance Transaction processing & investor servicing Client change request management Client & vendor management Oversight and control management for domestic and outsourced functions Awareness of regulatory and industry change and how it impacts the businessAs a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
7 to 10 years of working experience and preferably within the Transfer Agency operations or in a Transfer Agency support role Transfer Agency project management and should have been in a people management position for at least 4 - 8 years Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and time management skills Able to work independently on projects or sub sets of projects and effectively represent TA Strong regulatory background and understanding of local regulatory obligations and requirementsWorking at Citi is far more than just a job.
