Location: Central

What this job involves:

Provide quality customer service to tenants and visitors in a cultural and creative mall Handle complaints and requests from tenants and maintain good relationship Start the day with greeting customers Handle enquiries, requests and phone calls from customers and visitors at Information Counter and CS e-mail account Settle complaints and manage sudden incidents Support in-mall activities like exhibition events Perform inspection to stores at all floors and record information in daily patrol form To perform daily administration duties, including issuing signage/ directory, notice and work orders Handle redemption Open/close exhibition roo

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

1 year of customer service experience is preferred Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure Proactive, responsible, organized and detail-minded
