support the on-going reinforcement of the Group Conduct Framework and Customer Protection initiatives across the Asian entities, at the same time support the entities in their implementation by providing advice and best practice sharing monitor the Asian entities´ Conduct framework, local Conduct dashboard and other local Conduct reports and review action plans, at the same time share to Group Conduct and IMa teams the priorities, risks and issues of the entities collaborate and work closely with relevant Group, IMa and local stakeholders, in particular Risk Management, Distribution, Customer Officers, Communications, etc. on Conduct processes, reporting and activities assist in the preparation of any materials necessary for Group update (via Conduct Committee or otherwise), at the same time coordinate the submission and review of relevant local reports / papers support Asian entities´ Compliance teams in their Conduct awareness program by developing materials and delivering training and other educational initiatives actively participate in different Conduct Working Groups and provide feedback and input on Asia requirements and practices.On ad hoc, presents in IMa and entity forums (such as Asia CRO call, local Compliance Week) to cascade Conduct-related activities and promote awareness assist in the planning of compliance and Conduct technical reviews by preparing working papers, coordinating the interview meetings with entities.Coordinate and timely follow-up actions identified from the reviews and input updates in the Group system coordinate submission and review of local reports and provide meaningful feedback to local Compliance teams and Asia General Counsel and Head of Compliance to deliver quality and timely submission of Group reports lead and coordinate within the team the Asia compliance activities such as annual plan, training, management and committee reports and other relevant Group and IMa reports develop compliance training and communications materials through the preparation of presentation materials, newsletters and other internal communications materials.Deliver trainings and other awareness campaigns to Asia office staff cascade to local Compliance teams general Compliance matters such as Group Compliance Standards and policies, Asia Compliance policies, other Group reporting instructions and templates, etc. and provide advice / support if needed. Participate in ad hoc projects and other initiatives. Staying abreast of regulations across Asia and provide updates to Group Compliance and other stakeholders
Your Profile

·University graduate (major in Law, Commerce / Business or Economics preferred)

·5-7 years’ experience with strong working background on Conduct / Distribution Compliance, sound knowledge of insurance products, compliance processes and regulatory requirements

·Good interpersonal, communications and presentation, analytical and problem-solving, skills

·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.

·Eager to learn, a team player and able to work independently

·Good command of both spoken and written English, other relevant Asian language(s) – particularly Cantonese and/or Mandarin (an advantage)
