Maintain and enhance the control self-assessment and assurance framework according to the group policies and standards. Monitor and report on the technology governance performance and compliance, using key performance indicators and metrics. Facilitate the technology governance committees and working groups, and ensure that the decisions and actions are documented and communicated. Provide guidance and advice to the business units and IT teams on the technology governance requirements and best practices. Conduct technology governance assessments and assurance testings, and identify and escalate any issues or gaps. Manage the technology governance training and awareness programs, and promote a culture of technology governance across the organization.Qualifications, Training and Experience
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience in technology governance, risk management, or IT audit. Professional certifications such as CGEIT (Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), ITIL, or equivalent are highly desirable. Proven experience in technology governance, risk management, or IT audit. Strong knowledge of the technology governance frameworks, standards, and best practices. Strong knowledge of information security frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, and cybersecurity laws and regulations. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Bupa offers 5 days’ work per week and comprehensive remuneration packages including base salary, study assistance plan, company pension plan, life and medical benefit, dental benefit, annual leave, examination leave, etc.
