Assist in Employee Benefits policies' system setups, contract, policy documents and bills preparation Meet service turnaround time to achieve targets productivity and accuracy Follow up requests from intermediaries and internal departments Provide assistance in projects and user acceptance test cases preparation and execution Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks to support the operation of the department Ensure quality work output and accuracy
Your Profile
University degree of any discipline At least 2 years' customer service or administrative experience, preferably in service industry or sizeable organization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good customer service skills Attend to details with good organizing skills Good PC skills including Word and Excel Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
