Key responsibilities

Convert market and business intelligence to develop sales and marketing strategies of existing and upcoming new products Lead, plan and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales target, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories Lead, plan and execute new product launch activities towards targeted doctors and business partners Work closely with business team including distributors to provide marketing support and training Identify potential business opportunities to achieve the continuous growth Perform additional duties in line with company business requirements

Role requirements

Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Biomedical, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Medical or relevant science disciplines 5~8 years of relevant sales & marketing experience, within medical device/ IVD / pharmaceutical industry is preferred Good Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both in spoken & written) Excellence presentation and interpersonal communication skills Energetic, passionate, independent and able to work under intense pressure Objective-oriented, result-driven and have positive working attitude Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Open to overseas candidates who are willing to be based in Taiwan
