The Opportunity
The role will involve:
Services Delivery
Proactively develop professional relationships with Partners and key stakeholders, have a sound understanding of their needs, and deliver a service and product appropriate to our clients Consistently review best practices in client services and be proactive in the improvement of processes to adapt to the changing needs of the business and market trends Manage office security cards and assign card to staff and visitors, respond to security issues as required Oversee the weekly visitors list and assign temp workstation / offices to coming visitors Monitor office events calendar and handle daily meeting/event brief with Customer Services team and Facility team for daily meeting/event arrangements Event operations from start to end – including daily communication internally and externally, event concept development, pre-production preparation, event execution, budget management & post event management On-site in charge and ensure deliver event smoothly and in high quality Provide support of Ad Hoc TasksPeople and Leadership
Lead and supervise the Client Services team and Boat Crew in daily operation to provide an environment where cohesive, solution-oriented teamwork and delivery in paramount, and provide coaching where necessary including managing the team through any required change Monitor the team's absence and annual leave, review the team's rostering requirement, ensure sufficient manpower in place and step in when required, and resolve any issues escalating from the teamTo be successful in this role, you should have the below skills, experience & qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Hospitality Management or related disciplines Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizeable companies or international law firms A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; good problem-solving and negotiations skills Well-organized, detail-minded, muti-tasking, flexible, work independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processingTeam
