Poste et missions


Main Responsibilities:

Work with front office and legal to review financing and equity derivatives documents including swap, accumulator, securities lending confirmation. Monitor cash and securities flows (from processing to settlement of trades) and work with front office and other middle to back functional support teams to ensure trading activities are properly booked and timely settled. Working with the client and trader to resolve all breaks in a timely manner and ensuring daily deliverables are met. Manage end-to-end loan processing from loan application, loan drawdown, rollover and repayment in accordance with approved terms, procedures and regulatory requirements Conduct collateral management which includes Credit Support Annex computations and transaction monitoring; Monitor post-trade events, trade lifecycle, corporate event and other daily processing from middle office in relation to equities derivatives and equity linked financing. Ensuring operational standards are adhered to and any exception processes are fully documented and approved. Provide expertise advice to front office on trade booking such that all downstream reports are accurate. Suggest and implement process improvements and utilize technology to improve efficiency in terms of reconciliations process and other operations workflow. Provide management with information on unusual booking and settlement matters. Answer queries from internal and external counterparties and provide necessary supporting documents and reports. To handle other duties assigned by the Team Lead &/or Head of Operations.

Required Skills:

Degree holder with a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience working with ISDA Master Agreements (along with Credit Support Annex), other master agreements, and related or similar documentation. Knowledge in equity derivative instruments and ISDA/CSA/GMSLA Master Agreements & Definitions are essential. Detail-oriented and adaptive mind in reading agreements/confirmations Collateral Management experience is required. Knowledge in Summit and Sophis would be a plus Good interpersonal and communication skills are required and able to work under pressure.
