Aedas, one of the largest and internationally recognized architectural companies in the world, is dedicated to expanding our international platforms and followers by a minimum of 4 times. We aim to showcase our expertise, design philosophies, and achievements on a global scale. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing our social media strategy, leading the team to elevate Aedas' social media presence to new heights, reflecting our established position as an international leading architectural practice. Responsibilities:
• Create compelling, humorous, vibrant, and engaging social media content that reflects Aedas' exciting and multicultural ethos. This includes managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and reporting to the Aedas Director of Business Development.• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase subscriptions for Aedas.• Stay ahead of the latest social media trends and platforms, exploring new opportunities to engage with our target audience.• Lead a team of talented individuals to create compelling and visually stunning content across various social media channels.• Collaborate with Aedas' PRC social media manager responsible for all Chinese content and platforms.• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.• Explore partnerships with influencers and online communities to expand our brand's reach and build strong relationships.• Stay informed about industry best practices and competitor activities, constantly seeking ways to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.• Minimum 6 years of work experience in social media or a similar role.• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must. • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for storytelling and engaging audiences.• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.• Proactive and collaborative approach, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for social media and a knack for driving results, we would love to hear from you.
