We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Officer of Social Media Marketing to join our insurance company. He/She will support the Senior Manager to execute the social media marketing strategies and manage the owned social media platforms with the objectives to enhance the brand preference and engage with our target audience.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience. Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, budgeting and community management. Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, articles, graphics, and videos for owned and 3rd party platforms. Monitor social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to measure campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in the insurance industry to optimize social media strategies. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and communications to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives. Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive customer engagement and brand reputation.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing. Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting. Creative mindset and ability to think strategically about social media content and campaigns. Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and digital marketing innovations. Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics to optimize campaign performance.
