We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the entertainment and events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.

What you'll do :

Identify new business opportunities in the entertainment and events vertical, and develop strategies to capitalize on them

Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and create strategies for business growth

Build and maintain relationships with clients, and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention

Develop proposals and presentations to pitch to clients, and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and services, and use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and advice to clients

Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry developments

Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other business development-related data
 

What you’ll need :

4-5 years proven experience in business development, preferably in the entertainment & events, E-commerce industry

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed business decisions

Fluent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and find win-win solutions

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Candidates with less experience will also be considered for the position of Associate Manager.
