職責:

计划和分配設備優化項目给项目团队成员 监督和管理設備優化项目，包括项目团队成员工作分配、文件提交、工作执行以及安全和质量控制 作为成本控制和现场安全与质量检查的关键人员之一 领导和指导项目团队成员在预算内、预定时间内、预期质量和按公司安全規範下完成项目 参加现场会议并亲自管理重大项目 与外部和内部各方密切联系，确保顺利完成并实现项目目标 实施流程和效率改进的战略举措 识别任何对成本和合规性有潜在影响的关键问题，并负责解决这些挑战

職位要求申請人:

必须为内地中国公民 持有屋宇装备工程、机电工程或相关学科学士或以上学位 具备最少8-10年升降機及自動梯行业工作经验，其中5年以上项目管理相关经验，具有管理設備優化项目和重大项目经验者优先 具备较强的领导能力和团队管理经验 具有分析和解决问题的能力，积极主动，具备良好溝通技巧及团队合作精神 具有良好中文及英语书写能力，能够用普通话及英语沟通， 能操广东话更佳 熟练使用SAP和MS Office应用程序及文書处理

待遇：

Responsibilities:

Develop and assign modernization projects to team members. Oversee and manage modernization projects, including tasks delegation, document submissions, work execution, and ensuring safety and quality control. Act as a key personnel in cost control, site safety and quality inspections. Lead and mentor project team members to ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and meet the expected quality standards while complying with company safety regulations. Participate in site meetings and manage major projects. Maintain effective communication with both external and internal stakeholders, to ensure the achievement of projects completion. Execute strategic plans to improve processes and efficiency. Recognize significant issues that could affect costs & compliance and resolve these challenges.

Qualifications:

Must be a citizen of mainland China. Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry, with at least 5 years in project management. Experience in manager Modernization team and major projects is preferred. Strong leadership skills and team management experience. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of analyzing and solving problems proactively. Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Fluent in Cantonese is an advantage. Proficient in using SAP and MS Office applications and document processing.

Compensation and Benefits:

The company provides either accommodation or a monthly housing allowance of HKD 10,000. 12-day or more Annual Leave, 18-day Company Holidays, Birthday Leave, Overtime/Standby Allowance if applicable, Discretionary Bonus, Company Activities, and all benefits in accordance with Hong Kong employment regulations. Medical insurance for inpatient and outpatient Services, with free insurance for one dependent (i.e., spouse or unmarried child).
