Requirements


  • 具備有效的國際教練聯盟認證,或擁有輔導碩士/研究生文憑
  • 精通教練技巧和/或證據為基礸的方法,例如認知行為治療、動機式訪談、辯證行為治療、解決方案為導向的治療等
  • 具備員工援助計劃、輔導成人或管理層角色經驗者優先考慮
  • 精通英語和當地語言
