監督管理食堂外包商的日常運營,包括但不限於：

1.監控外包商每日配給食堂的工作人員例如廚師、後廚助手、服務員、清潔人員等人員的配置情況和各個崗位的工作表現。

2.定期收集各類食材價格資訊，把控價格，督促外包商嚴格遵守我行關於食材採購的工作要求。開展市場調研，拓寬食材採購管道。

3.監督外包商嚴格按照香港消防署法例規定進行作業，確保用電安全、燃氣安全。

4.監督外包商嚴格按照食環署規定處理食堂垃圾、廚餘，防蟲防鼠，確保用餐環境衛生、確保食品安全。

5.和外包商共同檢視食堂菜品菜單（包括粵菜、燒味、川湘菜、北方菜、北方麵食等），定期更新菜單。

6.定期檢視和評估食堂外包商的整體營運情況，撰寫餐廳運營報告和外包商服務評估報告。

7.監督外包商落實員工食堂食品安全的各項規範和要求。

8.確保員工食堂提供優質的用餐體驗,包括菜品質量、服務水準和用餐環境、衛生等。

入職要求：

- 至少5-10年中餐廳管理經驗；有大型餐飲企業或公司飯堂工作經驗者優先。

- 熟悉廚房運作、採購及存貨控制；有食品採購經驗優先。

- 熟悉香港消防署、食環署有關管理規定；具備有關食品安全及職安健證書更佳。

- 能說流利粵語和普通話，具備良好的中文書寫能力，編寫餐廳運營報告和財務報表。

工作時間：

每週工作5天（公眾假期除外、年假18天），每天工作時間8小時，需在非銀行辦公時間輪班工作。
