The Digital and Content Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and growing The Nature Conservancy's online engagement in Hong Kong in support of our conservation work in the Asia Pacific Region. The Digital and Content Marketing Manager works within TNC's Hong Kong Marketing Department and report to Director of Marketing, Asia Pacific (Hong Kong).

The Digital and Content Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of The Nature Conservancy’s digital platforms, content marketing campaigns and media buying across all digital channels, interpreting web analytics, and optimizing TNC’s digital infrastructure and developing content markeing campaigns to increase brand awareness and identify opportunities that can be leveraged for the future.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU

The Digital and Content Marketing Manager creates, plans and deploys online and offline activities and campaigns in Traditional Chinese and English across all digital channels to widen the audience reach and to increase brand awareness for TNC in Hong Kong.

Channels and activities include but not limited to email, Google Ads, social media posts and paid advertising, paid search, creating and optimizing web pages, and helping to manage digital agencies engaged for these purposes, in order to meet impression and engagement targets. They will work with others within the team to generate relevant reports and analyze performance, modifying tactics and schedules as needed to meet online goals and implement strategic recommendations.

The Digital and Content Marketing Manager will collaborate with international colleagues, seeking opportunities to share and learn best practices, develop new skills, and test new digital channels and other opportunities as they arise.

Develops and implements overall digital marketing strategy to widen audience reach and raise brand visibility Plans, creates, and deploys online marketing campaigns in Traditional Chinese and English across a variety of digital channels and platforms including those listed above Manages, creates, and publishes webpages in Traditional Chinese and English to optimize awareness Plans the social media calendars, manages, and optimizes social content accounts, output and online ad, and grow social media communities across the digital channels and platforms Sets targets and monitors digital marketing KPIs. Uses Google Analytics and other platforms and software to methodically track, analyze and optimize performance of all communications and channels, making and implementing recommendations to ensure success. Increase organization visibility and reputation on social media by recruiting and interacting with celebrities, KOL and influencers to establish partnerships Plans and manages projects within timelines and budget to maximize awareness across all digital channels and platforms Sources and works closely with digital agencies to ensure the digital marketing objectives and strategies are communicated and aligned Works closely with the Digital Fundraising Manager and collaborates with other marketing functions for the delivery of comprehensive online marketing campaigns Discovers and keeps abreast of the latest digital trends and continued advancements in digital and marketing technologies and adapts to the organization to optimize productivity and effectiveness Ensures work product complies with TNC policies and procedures, privacy standards and legal requirements Works flexible hours when needed to accommodate meetings in other time zone

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum 5 years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience working across multiple digital channels and using tracking/analysis software.

Hands on experience with SEO, SEM and web traffic metrics

Experience with content marketing strategy and channels

Experience writing, editing and proofreading in Traditional Chinese and English.

Experience organizing and coordinating multiple projects.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Google Analytics and social media analytics also preferred.

Knowledge and application of current and evolving trends in digital technologies

Ability to work in a team-based environment with internal and external partners.

Demonstrated ability to conceive and write creatively for various audiences from technical information.

Strong organization skills and attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Ability to use existing technology to achieve desired results.

Multi-lingual skills appreciated.

Multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience preferred.

Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Knowledge and application of current and evolving trends in relevant discipline.

Experience leading or managing projects.
