Regional IT consultancy and service solutions provider Job Description Meeting sales quota through identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction through the solutions and services provided. Generate new revenue from customers to meet an annual sales quota assigned. Manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction in order to increase sales revenue. Manage key accounts and develop long-term business relationships with customers. Participate in the development of IT solutions to address customers’ business needs with value propositions to close a sale. Develop, manage, and maintain strong account relationships with customers. Work cross-organizationally to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to drive successful solutions for customers. Achieve customer satisfaction index. Job Requirements Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of post-qualification IT experience. Knowledge of Alteryx, Qlik, Talend, H20.ai, and/or Data Robot is highly preferable. Passionate about new technologies in Io T, Chatbot, AI, Cloud, and digital transformation consulting. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and with the ability to generate new business opportunities from the ground level. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of users and team members. Initiative, customer-focused, independent, and able to work under pressure. Presentable with strong client-facing experience. Good spoken and written English is a MUST.
