What you'll do: Manage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Develop revenue and growth plans aligned with company objectives. Drive inbound lead generation by collaborating with the Marketing team to maintain a sustainable growth pipeline. Establish and maintain a structured goal-setting framework for sales, including regular reporting and analysis. Provide actionable steps to achieve monthly sales forecasts and targets. Support and coach individual sales team members in reaching their KPIs. Assist in closing deals when necessary. Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows. Who you are: Recognised degree in Business or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in a sales management role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, ideally in a high-growth tech, startup, or fintech environment. Proficiency in CRM software for managing the sales process and analysing performance data. Experience in the Hong Kong/China market. Experience managing cross-border teams.
