Hong Kong We are hiring for one of our portfolio companies and they're looking for an Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing to join their team. In this role, you will: End to end management of performance marketing activity across paid social channels e.g. Meta, Google. Manage and optimize e-commerce channels such as website, social media, email, and paid advertising. Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as paid search and working closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimise and report on performance. Conduct keyword research and manage SEM strategies, enhancing visibility, driving relevant traffic, and improving conversion rates. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance marketing efforts. You might thrive in this role if you have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing. Solid understanding of SEM and keyword optimization techniques, including experience with campaign optimization. Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content and effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to drive impactful marketing strategies.
