Assistant Manager, Marketing and Branding (Performing Arts)Apply locations: Hong Kong Time type: Full time Posted on: Posted 8 Days Ago Job requisition id: R5794 The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)You will be responsible for: Devising and implementing marketing and advertising plans to promote the West K’s performing arts programmes and venues through integrated marketing campaigns including online, print, outdoor and social media channels. Producing a range of marketing content and promotional materials such as print matters, photos, videos, social media content and marketing copy to showcase the unique selling points of each programme. Working with producers, partners, designers, editors, marketing agencies and production houses to achieve the set outcomes. Adjusting marketing strategies based on ticket sales performances and marketing KPIs. Optimising marketing efforts by studying the latest marketing trends and insights. Preparing marketing reports on a regular basis. You should: Possess a recognised university degree preferably in marketing, creative media, cultural management or related disciplines; graduates in Chinese or English Language will also be considered. Have at least 3 years of work experience in large-sized organisations, preferably in the arts and culture, marketing, tourism and hospitality fields. Have track records in planning and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. Have experience in producing a wide range of marketing collateral. Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese. Be able to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. Be passionate about the performing arts and promoting it to a wider audience, and keen to develop a career in the arts sector.
