function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives.Job Responsibilities

Assist to produce performance management report of the marketing teamsProvide administrative support to Department Head & Commercial Banking departmentCoordinate the business operations of CMB with other counterparties within Hong Kong Branch and the GroupProvide customer service to customersAssist customers’ onboarding procedures, including KYC review, account opening documentation, offer letter and related legal documents preparationAssist to obtain the required market data for business planningJob Requirements

Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin. or relevant concentrationsAt least 5 years banking experience, preferably in customer service/Middle Office/business supportGood understanding in Banking operations and policiesAble to communicate with different internal counterparties in relation to CMB daily operationsStrong interpersonal and computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPointCustomer-oriented and a team playerBe a part of UOB Family
