Commercial Operations Officer Commercial Operations Officer Apply locations Hong Kong time type Full time posted on Posted 2 Days Ago job requisition id R5815 The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.(Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Commercial Operations Officer.)(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)You will be responsible for:handling all tenancy matters and related enquiries efficiently;assisting in marketing and leasing activities of upcoming Retail, Dining and Entertainment (RDE) facilities in the West Kowloon Cultural District;assisting in summarizing, reviewing and analysing income performance;providing leasing administration support to the team;assisting the senior of the team in drafting briefs and preparing documents and materials for leasing and marketing purposes;conducting market research and analysing market trends and compiling various reports;performing ad hoc and special projects as requested. You should:possess a recognised university degree in real estate, business management or related disciplines;possess a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience; previous exposure to the arts and cultural environment, visitor experience or tourism sector, experience in leasing or marketing commercial projects in property developers will be an added advantage;be a good team player, self-motivated, very attentive to details and able to manage multi-tasks in a tight timeline and work under pressure;be able to work independently to deliver quality and timely support;be proficient in computer applications in MS Office;be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
