To support our business expansion, we are currently looking for a highly motivated Solutions Specialist to join our team. We welcome candidates based in Hong Kong/GBA who possess a strong understanding of Chinese brand technologies. If you are passionate about this field and eager to contribute to our team, we invite you to join usResponsibilities:Meet with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals.Analyze client requirements and propose customized technical solutions that align with their objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present technical solution proposals to clients.Participate in tender processes and proof of concepts.Design technical solutions including Bill of Materials (BOM), solution diagrams, and define project scope of work.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions to clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.Integrate company products with third-party solutions.Provide IT infrastructure on private or public cloud platforms for commercial and large enterprise customers.Participate in presentations, demonstrations, and documentation on private cloud (e.g., server, storage, HCI) and public cloud solutions.Remote working and regular travel is required.Requirements:Hold a university degree or higher, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.Minimum of 3 years of experience in solution consulting or a similar role.Excellent understanding of IT solutions and services.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of successfully delivering customized solutions to clients.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Solid knowledge of data center solutions in server, storage (NAS & SAN), virtualization, HCI, VDI, backup, database and cloud.Sound knowledge of vendor solutions, including Huawei, H3C, Sangfor, HPE, NetApp, VMware, Veeam, Coremail, etc.Vendor or professional certification is preferred.Experience in Chinese Brand IT solutions is a plus.Tender and technical lead experience is a plus.Good communication skills, with a preference for proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese, and Mandarin) both written and spoken.Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Seniority Level
