Senior Manager, Learning Solutions, AISL Academy As one of the key expert service providers under the AISL Group, a leading provider of education services in Asia, AISL Academy is a global learning professional development platform for educational specialists who will have access to the latest and best practices of pedagogy, professional learning and social development, within an international, interactive and interconnected setting. Reporting to the Director of Learning Design, AISL Academy, the Senior Manager, Learning Solutions leads the end-to-end strategy and implementation of online, in-person and hybrid learning solutions from AISL Academy for both internal and external clients, ensuring strategic alignment, quality, client satisfaction, and ultimately, AISL Academy’s overall success with its mission and goals internally and externally. Responsibilities: Client engagement (20%): Design, implement and continuously improve processes to build and maintain strong working relationships and regularly engage with internal and external clients to understand their needs, set clear expectations and update clients on provision and effectiveness of learning solutions. Learning solutions design & production (35%): Lead design and production of high profile / signature learning solutions (online and onsite/hybrid); mentor and grow skills of multimedia producers and learning designers on the team. Learning technology (15%): Provide both strategic and tactical input on learning technology from a functionality / user experience requirements standpoint. Marketing & communication (10%): Work with AA marketing to conceptualize and implement marketing and communication strategies to increase adoption and usage of AA content. External business development (10%): Understand the landscape of professional development market in K-12 international education and help with the design and execution of business development strategy. Tracking, analysis & reporting (10%): Help design the structure, approach, and tools to track, analyze, and report on metrics that are relevant and actionable. This role will lead, mentor and manage a team of 5 learning solutions specialists. Qualifications: Master's in learning design and educational technology8 to 10 years of professional experience in learning design, learning and development or professional development in education, corporate or other multinational organizations. Effective learning design, video production, online learning platform (ed X preferred), and data analytics Strong client relationship management skills Proven competency in marketing and communications Demonstrated experience in business development Impeccable English language speaking and writing skills; Chinese mandarin a huge plus but not absolutely required Passion about making a positive impact on professional development for educators, parents and students in K-12 students A cover letter is required for this job application.
