Senior Manager, Learning Experience Design

The Learning Experience Design, Senior Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of digital learning solutions that support the staff learning journey, encompassing onboarding, career pathing, and talent management. The digital learning platform will serve as the backbone and library for this journey, emphasizing the critical need for ongoing maintenance. Applying Adult Learning Principles, create engaging UX/UI, courses, and resources. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand their needs and manage project timelines, ensuring that Plaza Premium Group's digital learning repository is consistently updated and maintained.The role for Learning Experience Design Senior Manager will oversee the following key areas:Digital Learning Solutions DevelopmentPlatform Maintenance and InnovationProject Management and AnalyticsApplication of Adult Learning PrinciplesContent CurationTraining and SupportExternal Learning IntegrationTeam and Vendor ManagementAbout you:If you understand that a Learning Management System (LMS) is more than just an application to store a digital learning repository and training record but rather the backbone of how learning can be structured to support staff learning journeys, then this role is made for you. We're looking for an energetic, proactive, and visually savvy Learning Experience Manager to join our high-powered Learning & Development team at Plaza Premium Group.Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or a related role, preferably within a corporate environment.Demonstrated experience in developing digital learning solutions and managing learning platforms (e.g., Docebo, Workday); experience with LMS system integration is preferred.Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Capcut).Proven track record of creating effective training materials and learning experiences that enhance employee integration and performance.Experience in managing digital learning platforms, learning experiences, and associated content; familiar with other off-the-shelf learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning).Experience in data analysis and reporting tools to track engagement and usage metrics.Experience in developing and adapting content for multilingual audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and accessibility.Experience in project proposal development that includes cost impact analysis and budget considerations.Strong background in training administration, training plans, and budgets.Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Manager position.Education:Degree Holder or higher.Language:(Essential) Proficient in written and spoken English and any additional 2 languages.Other:Travel is required on an as-needed basis.Flexibility to work early or late hours as needed to accommodate meetings covering global countries across different time zones.Requirement:During the application process, please include your personal portfolio to highlight your relevant experience and creativity in learning design.Seniority level
