Key Responsibilities Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to design and implement integrations between HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, benefits, time tracking). Analyze current HR processes and systems to identify integration needs and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain integration workflows, ensuring secure and accurate data transfer between systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, minimizing disruption to HR operations. Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations during integrations. Provide training and support to HR and other staff on the effective use of integrated systems. Monitor and document integration performance, creating reports and recommending optimizations. Stay updated on the latest HR technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in HR systems integration, IT, or a related role. Strong knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, ADP, UKG). Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, SFTP). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Preferred: Certifications in HRIS platforms or integration tools (e.g., Workday Integration Certified, Mule Soft Certified Developer). Experience with database management and querying (e.g., SQL). Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or other relevant regulations.
