Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Preferred: Certifications in HRIS platforms or integration tools (e.g., Workday Integration Certified, Mule Soft Certified Developer). Experience with database management and querying (e.g., SQL). Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or other relevant regulations.
