We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Lifestyle Relationship Manager (Internal Job Title: Client Service Officer – C10 – C12) based in Hong Kong. In this role, you’re expected to: Act as a single point of contact for selected top-tier discerning cardholders. Provide proactive and tailored account management, including exceptional Lifestyle Concierge and account related services to Citi's ultra-high net-worth clients. Work closely with the Affluent Product & Marketing team and other related teams to create a superior product and customer journey for the affluent segment. Connect with Banking segment (Consumer banking and Private banking) to achieve One-Citi spirit and offer One-Citi Wealth Solutions to cardholders. Liaise, monitor and gate-keep the lifestyle services provided by external vendors. Design workflow for assigned projects and initiatives in line with company objectives. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets. As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure: Minimum Degree holder or higher with a minimum of 5 years in servicing affluent customers. Fluent and articulate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; working knowledge of other languages is a plus. Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex customer service inquiries professionally. Strong attention to detail and administrative capabilities. Demonstrated empowerment and decision-making skills with excellent verbal and written communication. Good team player, cooperative and effective within the group. Required to attend events in the evenings and/or weekends. A flair for creativity and genuine interest in lifestyle activities would be an added advantage.
