The Aspire Lifestyles delivery model assists companies and some of the world’s most premier brands to drive loyalty and create value in their customer portfolios.We Offer:Excellent MNC exposure and On-the-job Training5 days per week, contracted hours are based on shift pattern, varying hours may be necessary on a week-by-week basis.Attractive Remuneration Package: Group Medical Benefits, Overtime Pay, Shift Allowances, Double Pay and Performance Bonus, etc.Your Role as a Lifestyle Concierge:Develop a good relationship and maintain a positive experience with customers by personalized interactionsProvide innovative, resourceful solutions and recommendations to different types of requestsAble to consult and advise customers to assess travel needs and provide accurate and timely informationHave a detailed understanding of client’s brand promise and use program benefits and privileges to better fulfill customer requestsAs a brand ambassador for our clients, represent clients’ brands in a professional manner that builds their market profileSeek to provide the best possible customer experienceIdeal Candidate Profile:Certificate or Diploma in Mass Communication, Business Studies, Tourism or other relevant fields2+ years of customer service experience in any industryExperience in the Concierge/ Tourism/ Travel/ Travel Agency industry is an added advantage.Omni-channel work experience is preferred – phone, email, and chatFirsthand city knowledge of local events and ability to spot trends nationwideExperience working directly with international contacts for the fulfillment of reservationsProven experience working with affluent customersStrong communication and customer service skillsGood command in spoken and written English and ChineseFresh Graduates are welcomeImmediate availability is highly preferredCandidates with more experience will be considered for Senior or Supervisor Roles.Interested candidates are invited to apply online with a comprehensive resume.
