About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PR Manager to plan and lead our communications and coordinate with Public Relations / Media agency for a high-profile mega event in Hong Kong. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker and effective communicator, fluent in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese, who can manage comprehensive PR activities and media arrangements.Key Responsibilities:

PR Strategy Development:

Formulate a robust PR strategy tailored for a Hong Kong mega event, including live press announcements and media coverage, in coordination with appointed PR agency.Sponsorship:

Develop and present a compelling sponsorship package.Messaging:

Craft and edit essential key messages to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Craft and edit press releases to match the communications calendar, in coordination with event leadership and PR agency. Prepare impactful messages and visuals for a continuous stream of social media output.Media and Press Engagement:

Conduct thorough research and prepare press materials. Engage and manage media relations and outreach. Ensure maximum event exposure.Crisis Management:

Implement issues troubleshooting method and crisis management strategies, ensuring quick and precise communication.Content Creation and Dissemination:

Provide key points for panel discussions, keynote speeches, and young leaders' forums promptly in Traditional Chinese and English.Summit Documentation:

Lead a team to produce a detailed transcript of summit discussions in Traditional and Simplified Chinese and English. Collaborate with the Event Director to draft a white paper summarizing summit insights and recommendations.Post-event Analysis:

Partner with the Event Director to deliver a comprehensive post-event report, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.Qualifications:

Proven experience in PR, media and stakeholders relations, as well as event coordination.Exceptional trilingual communication skills in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.Strong leadership and organizational abilities.Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.Experience in managing multicultural teams and international events is desirable.This role provides a unique chance to oversee the coordination of a highly esteemed summit, working alongside a diverse and talented team.
