Public Relations Assistant

to join our team based in our London office.What you'll be doing?Works closely with account coordinators and account managers to fulfil client needs and ensure smooth running of the division in daily tasks and as it relates to the entire agency.Extensive sample trafficking (organizing sample returns and send outs).Conducting and completing market and industry research.Prepare agendas and media updates for client calls.Responsible for maintaining and creating editorial clipping books for each client.Undertake administrative tasks such as managing the team’s calendar; assisting with travel booking as needed, internal reports and filings etc.Who are we looking for?Minimum of at least 6 month - 1 year experience as public relations intern.Associate or bachelor’s degree required in advertising, PR, marketing, communication or related field.Strong communication skills (both written and oral), research, and organization skills.Accomplishes tasks accurately, thoroughly, and with a keen eye for detail both with quantitative and qualitative data.Willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete a project accurately and on time.Strong work ethic.Why you should consider this opportunity?We offer attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits to right candidates, such as:5-day work week.Bank holiday.Annual leave.Medical benefits.On-the-job training.Good working environment, friendly workplace and career development.Energetic and open-minded team and culture.At Karla Otto, we are always looking for personalities with positive charisma who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have a keen sense of aesthetics.Karla Otto embraces and celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunity.
