The TeamThe Retirement Administration practice is a team under Retirement line of business in Hong Kong with 20+ associates. We deliver effective third-party administration service to retirement schemes and other benefit programs through developing and implementing customized processes and best practices, thereby improving service delivery.Our services include:Keep records of scheme benefitsProcess contributions and benefit paymentsHandle investment election and switchingIssue annual benefit statementsMaintain member website for members to access scheme informationProvide member hotline for enquiresPrepare schemes' financial statementsAssist annual audit and annual returnThe RoleManage and coach a small team to ensure progress against established budgets, timelines, and quality standardsServe as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of services.Respond to and resolve complex issues, including those escalated by the team memberMonitor the flow of day-to-day operations to ensure KPIs and SLAs are metPromote and provide training, coaching and mentoring to ensure staff are continuously developedParticipate in process and technology transformation programs if neededCreate a culture of continuous review and improvement across people, process and technologyPositively represent the administration function to both internal and external senior stakeholdersRetain existing businessQualifications
