Human Resources Administrative Assistant (1 year Agency Contract)Responsibilities: Manage office administration, including office facilities, and provide administrative support. Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries. Assist in reviewing, developing, and executing policies, programs, and procedures regarding office administration. Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems or processes. Support the hiring process and maintain all HR functions, including maintaining and updating employee information on a timely basis and new hire onboarding. Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating operations and activities related to HR operations, functions, and events including meetings and employee activities. Assist with coordinating yearly processes including external contract rollovers, renewals, and maintenance. Required Qualifications: A degree or diploma in business administration or related discipline. Minimum of 2+ years of office administration experience. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Self-driven with a positive attitude and professional manner. A team player with the ability to work independently and proactively. Highly detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills. Excellent MS Office skills; strong social media application skills are an asset.
