Payroll Specialists

to help drive Links International to become the HR Outsourcing partner of choice in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:Provide our award-winning payroll service to regional clients in Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, or any other APAC countriesResponsible for clients' payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)Administer payroll computations, payroll reports, bank submission files, annual tax returns prepared by payroll team members, and ensure accuracyMaintain updated and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll SystemCoordinate HR reports such as movement, headcount, summary, cost centre allocation, and payroll breakdown reportsParticipate in client meetings and provide professional advice on HR/payroll issues and any other issues related to the region's employment actProvide operational and administrative support to regional payroll teams

Requirements:A minimum of 1 year of payroll processing experience in Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, or other APAC countriesExperience in payroll outsourcing services or shared serviceAbility to handle high-volume payroll work & adapt to changeAction-oriented, detail-minded, and organizedMust be proficient in Microsoft Excel and sensitive to numbersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in spoken English; foreign language will be advantageous
