Multi-cultural & Rewarding Package Job Duties Accountable for L1 to L3 regional IT, LAN/WAN, Networking and Infrastructure Support

Provide quality services that call for extensive communication with corporate users, global IT Engineer/Support & external vendors

Ensure fulfilment of IT governance and regulatory requirements

Facilitate IT transformation projects to cater for business/regulatory requirements

Regional headcount to provide 1st/2nd level IT support to the North Asia Branches with over 500 users from front to back offices

Troubleshoot/Facilitate IT desktop, applications, 3rd party systems, and E-banking solutions

Support relocation projects by working in collaboration with Infrastructure and external vendors across the region

Generate business insights and prepare the storyline to present to business partners

Use Machine Learning techniques to optimize prediction models

Create and improve data visualization and decision tools for the business

As part of the regional agile team to formulate digitalization strategies by understanding users' and clients' requirements and implementing feasible solutions through collaborating with cross functional stakeholders from IT engineer, investment, risks, L&C and operations departments

Develop roadmap by consulting senior management and adopting industry best practices

Promote the awareness and adoption of new business, product & technology models

Enhance the operational efficiency

Work under the Operation Hub to make sure the cross border e-Commerce business runs smoothly

Collect sales & business data from different sources and conduct periodic analysis

Review the SOPs and propose improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency Requirements Degree Holder in IT/related discipline

6yrs'+/- regional IT & Infrastructure support earned from int'l financial institutions

Proven expertise in troubleshooting network; PC hardware and MS Windows network environment

Proactive team player with seasoned communication skills

Familiar with MS infrastructure, desktops platforms, VMware, Nutanix, AWS, multi-carrier WANs, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory

Credentials in ITIL, CCNA or MCSE certification is a definite advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
