HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The job incumbent has to rollout various HRIS solutions in the APAC region and be based in Hong Kong to support potentially different countries in the region. He/she will assume the following job responsibilities:

Assist in the rollout of the Group's Workday solution and guide the countries in adapting to the group solution while accommodating local practices and requirements.Assist in the rollout of commission tools such as Varicent and Xactly in the automation of commission calculation in the company.Have experience or good understanding of HRIS solutions, preferably Workday.Deliver training to key users and prepare user guides on different HRIS solutions.Provide daily support to users from remote locations or onsite in various HRIS solutions like Workday, Commission Calculation Tool, and Kronos Time attendance system.Familiarity with methodology in payroll outsource interface is a plus.Maintain and manage any possible local solutions (software or hardware) that interact with the HRIS solution landscape.Be the key contact for the HR key-users and local management in the HR solution.Identify requests, issues, risks, and constraints from the users' end and work out possible evolutions and enhancements.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Degree or diploma holder in Information Systems, HR, or Finance discipline.Profound interest in business practices in the HR functional area and how it is translated in the HRIS solution.0-5 years of experience in a related field.Good knowledge of time attendance software in the market such as Kronos.Knowledge of various modules of Workday is a big plus.Patience and attention to detail regarding commission calculation requirements, with the ability to perform thorough testing to ensure result alignment.Ability to relate well with people at all levels and possess the flexibility to work cross-culturally.Excellent communication and organizational skills with a high level of commercial understanding.Fluent in English and Mandarin.WHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?Our true power does not lie in our similarities but in the rich diversity of our arts, cultures, and human skills, as well as our specific ability to foster untapped potential.- We value freedom, collegiality, loyalty, and solidarity.- We foster empathy, curiosity, courage, humility, and integrity.- We care for the world we live in.YOUR JOURNEY WITH US
