The candidate should have experience in Retail Design (including Store Construction/ Store Operation / Interior Design/ Visual Merchandising/ Graphic), be the expert on the latest retail store trends, innovative digital and physical experiences. As part of our new team members, you will be working closely with the Creative Lead on the Retail Team and be responsible for store designs projects globally.Job DescriptionManage global new store opening from interior design till completionAssist in project executions and support the business to frame up problems into deliverable solutionsEnsure strong communication with multiple project teams, brands, contractors, consultantsProvide guidance and innovative solutions to resolve technical and design challenges when neededCo-ordinate with other teams to ensure related materials submitted are accurate and complete for launch preparation.Document, maintain, keep track and review the business requirements across a range of projects with diverse stakeholdersManage and co-ordinate project portfolio updates including functional and regionalProject Management & Process Improvement of Design Areas Including:Regional Store Operations & Pop-up StoreStore Construction & Interior DesignGraphic Design & Visual MerchandisingCollaborations & New LaunchesRequirementMinimum of 5 years working experience within the area of creative design/ commercial/ retail architecture/ interior design etc.With a focus on store concept development and/or store design and planning is an advantageAbility to prioritize and service multiple projects concurrentlySelf-motivated and self-disciplinedStrong project management skills, ability to oversee and manage multiple projects in complex environments involving several stakeholdersExcellent stakeholder management skills – focus on partnership buildingGood verbal, written communication skills and fluent in EnglishKnowledge in Sketch-Up, Enscape, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Revit or equivalent programCreative, positive attitude, fast-paced, multi-tasking and attention to details
