With operations in 68 countries, our 22,000 enterprising professionals work collaboratively to provide expert real estate and investment advice to clients.Scope of ResponsibilitiesPlay a key role in managing and developing real estate valuation projectsHighly involved in valuation project management from conception to completion of deliverables.Be proactive in maximizing revenue opportunities for the Valuation and Advisory TeamLead contract negotiation and client relations throughout the lifecycle of any property valuation related assignmentContinuously enhance the market exposure of the business by engaging in various professional networksBe diligent in conducting site visits to collect data for valuation and advisory projectsPrepare and supervise the quality of valuation and advisory reports carried out by the TeamRetain existing clients and maintain good client relationshipsWhat you will bringUniversity degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Economics or related disciplinesMinimum 5 years of experience in valuation of properties and/or government projects in the Hong Kong market is essentialMember of RICS (Valuation) and/or HKIS (GP Division) with 3 years+ post qualified experienceStrong industry knowledge with established client relationshipsOut-of-box thinking and analytical skillsetA self-disciplined, accountable character.
