About the Client Our client is a renowned HK listed company with a strong business presence in Hong Kong and China. They are recruiting a seasoned Senior Manager to manage their risk management division in their Hong Kong office. About the Role Lead the Group Risk Management Team in developing, refining, and implementing the Enterprise Risk Management framework to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives. Continuously optimize and innovate risk management strategies and techniques to enhance existing processes and ensure compliance with the latest standards. Liaise effectively with stakeholders across diverse geographical locations for thorough risk assessment, identification, and mitigation. Ensure the effective implementation of all risk management policies and guidelines across the organization. Maintain the risk register and develop an analytical framework to assess new and emerging risks. Prepare and present regular reports on significant risks and other relevant documents to senior management and the Board Audit & Risk Committee. Coordinate scenario risk modeling exercises related to major risks and maintain a consistent dashboard to reflect their outputs. Provide training and technical guidance to management and employees regarding effective risk management strategies and programs. Undertake ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as directed by the department. The Successful Applicant Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines CPA, CIA, CISA, CRMA or CFE10 years + relevant work experience, including ERM related experience in an in-house environment Analytical, detail-minded, able to multi-task and work under pressure China market experience is required Chinese report writing is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English Occasional travel will be required#J-18808-Ljbffr
