THE JOBReporting to the Assistant Talent Identification Manager, the Talent Identification Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:To assist with the smooth implementation of talent identification and screening programmes testing, i.e.To prepare the necessary equipment, utensils and venue for testing;To assist in conducting testing;To maintain stock of consumables;To perform regular maintenance on testing equipment;

To perform in-house testing trials;To maintain database on all testing data;To perform data entry and processing for analysis;To assist in new projects and research;To perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by senior staff.THE REQUIREMENTSApplicants should have completed their secondary education with at least 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 HKDSE subjects with at least Level 2 or equivalent, including English, Chinese and Mathematics;A university degree in Sports Science or a related discipline is an advantage;A minimum of six months’ part-time experience in sports science or having been an athlete within a high performance system and exposed to applied sports science or research is an advantage;Good interpersonal and planning skills;Able to work irregular hours and perform under pressure;Holder of valid first aid, CPR and AED certificate;Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
