Leading a team of HR professionals, develop and execute on recruitment tactics to target and attract talent to deliver the Corporation’s business strategy and growth plans across Divisions. Work closely with key stakeholders to build relationships, understand their manpower needs, and recommend optimal human capital resources to ensure the right resources are allocated timely and effectively. Act as a TA advisor to hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process, including recruitment strategies and resourcing channels, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends. Source, identify, and implement innovative talent acquisition tools to enhance the candidates’ experience journey and build the talent pool for various disciplines. Be a HR focal point for business managers in the areas of reward management, performance management, organization talent review, learning and development, career development, succession planning, and provide inputs to HR Centre of Excellence to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and new initiatives/programmes. Assist in managing the office administration team, plan and recommend the office layout plans based on the manpower plan as and when required. Perform any tasks or ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline. Minimum 15 years’ relevant working experience, with at least 5 years at senior managerial level in a sizable organization. Experience in hi-tech or fast-moving industry is required. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels. Ability to engage and influence others, with good change management skills and a desire to act as a change agent. High level of ownership and team spirit, and willingness to go the extra mile. Ample all-round HR knowledge and conversant with the latest trends of employment practices in Hong Kong. Knowledge of managing office administration matters is highly preferred. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Candidates with lesser experience may be considered for Assistant Director / Senior Manager level.
