THE COMPANY : An international business syndicate with a focus on SE Asia. The company's primary activities include real estate development, telecommunications, consumer retail, and healthcare. THE JOB : Reports to: Chairman Comprehensive Administrative Support: Provide a full spectrum of administrative support for both personal and business matters of the Chairman. Meeting and Calendar Management: Organize meetings, manage appointments, and handle calendar scheduling. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for business and leisure trips, including flights, hotel accommodations, itinerary planning, and visa applications. Liaison and Coordination: Liaise with internal and external parties, negotiate, and manage various service providers. Event Attendance: Accompany the Chairman to art festivals, museum visits, and auction events. Personal Matters Focus: Primarily focus on personal matters for the Chairman. High Travel Frequency: Manage and accommodate frequent travel requirements. Ad Hoc Duties: Assist in various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is a must. Experience living in Japan or working at Japanese companies is preferred. JLPT N1 qualification or equivalent level. Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese, with conversational proficiency in Mandarin. Possession of a valid driving license and familiarity with road regulations. Professional, capable of handling sensitive and confidential information, forward-thinking, and reliable. Travel Readiness.5 days work. Annual leave: 14 days. Medical insurance.
